Luxury is recognized from the time you arrive in the driveway, all the way through the house to the simplest bedroom. Eagles Nest Vacation Rental in Eureka Springs Arkansas is a luxury vacation home that will accommodate 14 people comfortably, and up to 18 by using the hide-a-bed couches and love seats! With an upstairs living-sitting room and a downstairs den and two levels of huge decks, there is ample room to spread out and enjoy your own space or gather in the huge dining room, living room and open kitchen for family time and fellowship.
The house is located 10 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, Arkansas and only an hour from Branson, Missouri. It’s a 5-minute drive to the marina on Table Rock Lake and less than that to the 18-hole golf course. All located at Holiday Island, Arkansas, a resort retirement community just north of Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
The Holiday Island Recreation Center offers; Tennis, Mini-Golf, 2 swimming pools (Open during the summer and early Fall), basketball court and softball field, as well as a barbecue grill and pavilion with plenty of room for a large family picnic. There are small fees for using these facilities, but, you are welcome to take advantage of them as our guests. We can help you with those arrangements and simply add them to your final bill. So just let us know!

My name is Art Gardner from Berryville, AR.
I drew up the house plan for this house, with inspiration from God. My wife, Linda, and our four sons and one daughter all had a hand in building it. I am a licensed heating and air contractor and well as building contractor.
I grew up and lived in Western Kansas until moving to Arkansas in 1988. Linda was born and raised just across the line in Missouri. We enjoy spending time with our kids and ten grandchildren.
